In a out of route and breathaking area of Tuscany the Fattoria di Marena is an old farm offering large self-catering apartments and detached houses. The farm has a nice swimming pool, a riding school with horses and ponies for children, foothpaths and mountain bikes, woods and meadows and also a lake for birdwatching. Surroundings offer medioeval castles, romanesque parishes, forests and landscape. Family Nati-Poltri lives into the farm all the year around, they speak English. Farming activity consists of: chianina race cattle breeding, agricolture (alfa-alfa, sunflowes) and silvicolture (long trunk trees close to the farm)

Mogginano is a tiny hamlet inhabited exclusively by those who work on the farm. It is situated in Tuscany in the borough of Pieve Santo Stefano in the Arezzo province in high hill surroundings in the Appenines on the borders of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. The farm consists of about 500 hectares of farmland with pastures, meadows and woods.
FATTORIA DI BARBIALLA NUOVA, MONTAIONE, FIRENZE, TUSCANY
Barbialla Nuova is an estate of 500 hectares half of which is occupied by cultivated and grazing fields, the other half by an age-old wood rooted in tufa (volcanic rock). Its soft hills are notably reminiscent of the Sienese landscape and its lush oak woods are rendered unique by the phenomenon of “calanchi” (erosion furrows) – spectacular precipices that open up within the rock itself. The land, through its intrinsic nature and as a result of management, has several unique features that distinguish it from the typical morphology of the Tuscan countryside.
