LAST MINUTE RENTALS, BOOKING DETAILS
Usually, as you receive our confirmation about apartment availability, you are asked to send students identity data and a booking deposit to secure the rental
(50-30% of the total amount for short term rentals, 1 month rent for long term rentals) within 5 days from our confirmation,
otherwise your request will be not guarantee. After 10 days, your request will be definitively cancelled.
Payments could be done by bank (all bank charges go debited to the tenant) paypal (a 3% charge go debited to the tenant)
or cheque, directly to the house/apartment owner. You will receive details in order to the payment with the apartment availability confirmation.
Receiving your deposit, we book up the accommodation and send you an e-mail with voucher, receipt and all the details you need.
You will be asked to pay the balance in euro ( € ) at your arrival, after the check in for short terms, monthly for long term rentals.
If your arrival day is very close, too late for a bank issue, we ask only students names and ages by e-mail and a minimum deposit with a paypal bill free of additional charges
(you can pay with your credit card) to confirm the booking, and the deposit balance and first rental at check in.
We confirm the booking by e-mail or, if requested, with a sms.
LAST MINUTE RENTALS, FLORENCE ARRIVAL and CHECK IN DETAILS
Within the booking confirmation we send detailed istructions for arrival and check in, our phone number and apartment address, your personal code to enter in the "students help" area.
At you arrival you will be welcomed by the apartment/house owner or by a person of the staff, you will receive the keys and an inventory list and your personal code for our on-line inventory.
For Monthly rentals standard check in is from 4 to 6 pm, check out at 10 am,
but you can accord with the owner about your arrival time.
In any case, we do not guarantee the check in if you arrive extra standard or fixed time, or giving no notice of the arrival time.
If your arrival day is very close, and you need to do the check in extra standard, you will be extra charged €20.
LAST MINUTE, HOUSING DETAILS
All the apartments in our porposal are directly owned or menaged. They suit description and photoes you find in our web-pages.
We are the only responsible for furniture efficence and coherence with the description
and for cleaning conditions at your arrival.
But, if your arrival day is very close, my be you will find something different from apartment description (es: added beds we had no time to remove, 1 bed side lamp broken we had no time to replace). We will do all changes in the next 2 days.
